Bollinger's La Côte aux Enfants Champagne

Bollinger's La Côte aux Enfants is a rare still red from the heart of Aÿ, an expression of Pinot Noir that has long informed the power and structure of Bollinger's Champagne blends. The vineyard itself, a steep south-facing slope of chalk and clay, has been cultivated by the house since the 1920s.
