In the Neive cellar, vinification follows traditional practice. The fruit undergoes long maceration in oak vats before ageing for nearly two years in large neutral French oak casks (botti) and extended time in bottle. This patience integrates the tannins while maintaining varietal purity.
The nose opens with red berries, violet, liquorice, and dried herbs. On the palate, cherry fruit connects with firm tannins and a driving mineral finish. The wine offers longevity and structure in every vintage.
