Cardinale Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is the estate’s flagship wine. The wine is a blend sourced from Napa Valley’s most recognised mountain sub-regions including Mt. Veeder, Spring Mountain, Howell Mountain and Diamond Mountain. Fruit from the low yielding vines is harvested, hand-sorted and pressed in traditional basket presses. Maturation takes place in 100% new French barrels. The Cardinale Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied complex wine with superb structural integrity, power, concentration and plentiful ripe coated tannins that lend the wine enormous potential to age.
