About this wine

Silky and sumptuous, this Shiraz is perhaps the most riveting of Larry Cherubino’s suite of single-vineyard wines. From the Riversdale Vineyard, where Shiraz vines were planted in 1997, it is made in the same way as the Cabernet, with a six-week post-ferment maceration followed by maturation of 10 months in seasoned, lightly-toasted French oak. A compelling expression of variety and place of origin.
