About this wine
Corullón Mencia is regarded as a “village” wine blended from very small biodynamic vineyard plots at altitudes between 500-800m. The vineyard soils are based on minerally slate rocks featuring clay and chalk. Fermentation takes place in small foudres, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered after 14 months' maturation in French oak of various ages.
