Dhillon Glenhope Chardonnay is drawn from mature vines planted high in the cool Macedon Ranges, a region renowned for producing some of Australia’s most finely structured Chardonnay. The Glenhope vineyard, with its elevation and long, even ripening season, produces fruit of precision and depth, well-suited to Dhillon’s restrained and thoughtful winemaking approach.

Fruit is handpicked and whole-bunch pressed before a natural fermentation in French oak, with a measured proportion of new barrels. Ageing on lees brings texture and complexity, while minimal intervention in the cellar ensures the vineyard character remains at the forefront.

In the glass, each release consistently displays citrus and stone fruit on the nose, accompanied by almond, nougat, and a subtle flint edge. The palate delivers a clear line of fruit, layered with fine acidity, gentle oak and savoury length. It is a wine that speaks of place and rewards both immediate enjoyment and careful cellaring.
