About this wine
A wine of immense power and firm structure, only tiny quantities of Bonneau du Martray’s Corton Rouge is ever produced. The Bonneau du Martray family is recognized as one of the best producers in the Corton appellation. Their domaine covers 11.09 hectares; an unbroken vineyard holding located on the Pernand side of the great Corton hill. The majority 9.50 hectares of vineyard are situated in Corton-Charlemagne and the remaining 1.59 ha is in Corton on which some Pinot Noir is planted.
