Domaine de l'Arlot holds a biodynamically farmed parcel within the Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru in Vosne-Romanée. Technical director Géraldine Godot uses whole-bunch fermentation to build floral lift and structural poise. Maturation in French oak barrels allows the natural power of the vineyard to emerge cleanly without heavy extraction. The resulting wine shows clear red fruit detail, fine-grained tannins, and decades of cellaring potential.
