Domaine Faiveley's Chambertin-Clos de Bèze is drawn from one of Burgundy's most historic vineyards, first planted by monks in the 7th century. The domaine's meticulous approach combines whole-bunch fermentation, gentle extraction, and élevage in fine-grained French oak, with around two-thirds of the barrels new each year.
