This wine is crafted from vines planted between 2002 and 2005 in the commune of La Rochepot, located on a southeast-facing slope at an elevation of 430–450 meters. The vineyard benefits from limestone-rich colluvial soils and protection from northern winds by a nearby cliff, which allows for a longer growing season and optimal grape ripening.
