Domaine Michelot Bourgogne Blanc
The fruit for this Bourgogne Blanc is sourced from parcels situated exclusively within the Meursault commune.
The grapes are manually harvested before being moved to the winery in specially designed stainless steel bins. The grapes are then lightly crushed then pressed, light, cold racked for 6 to 12 hours before the juice goes into casks for fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then matured in oak barrels (15% new) for 10 to 12 months.
