By.Ott Rosé is Domaines Ott’s accessible Côtes de Provence label, bringing the estate’s polished Provençal style into a more everyday, shareable frame without losing its pedigree or precision.

The fruit is drawn mainly from Château de Selle and Clos Mireille, supplemented by long-term grower partners, with organically farmed vineyards and an average vine age of around 22 years. The blend centres on Grenache and Cinsault with Syrah and Mourvèdre adding colour, spice and structure, and the wine is vinified and blended in the dedicated facility at Château de Selle under the eye of fourth-generation winemaker Jean-François Ott. Cool fermentations in stainless steel, no oak and tight control from press to bottling keep the style dry, bright and clean, emphasising fruit and line over weight.
