Domaines Ott’s Clos Mireille Coeur de Grain Rosé is one of Provence’s benchmark coastal rosés, uniting pedigree, precision and a distinct maritime stamp that appeals to serious collectors as much as casual summer drinkers.

Clos Mireille is Domaines Ott’s Mediterranean estate at La Londe, its terraces running down almost to the sea, on limestone-free schist and quartz soils that give a marked saline, mineral edge to the wine. Vines average around 17 years and are worked entirely by hand, with intensive, low-yield viticulture designed to favour concentration over volume, and a strong emphasis on biodiversity in what is effectively a nature-reserve setting.

The blend is anchored by Grenache for its core and texture, with Cinsault for finesse, Syrah for fruit weight and, in some vintages, a touch of Rolle to sharpen aromatics and line. Grapes are harvested by hand, cooled, then whole-bunch pressed, with fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and ageing on fine lees to build texture without oak, keeping the profile dry, pure and linear.
