Elanto Vineyard Pinot Noir, Mornington Peninsula

Elanto Pinot Noir is crafted in the Mornington Peninsula, a region renowned for producing some of Australia’s most expressive examples of the variety. The fruit is sourced from carefully selected vineyards across the Peninsula, where cool maritime breezes and varied soils allow Pinot Noir to ripen slowly, building depth and balance.

The winemaking is focused on preserving purity and site character. Bunches are hand-picked and sorted before undergoing a combination of whole-bunch and destemmed fermentation to add structure and complexity. The wine is matured in French oak barrels, with a measured proportion of new oak to frame rather than dominate the fruit.
