FABIEN COCHE Grandes Coutures , Bourgogne Blanc 2023 Bottle
About this wine
FABIEN COCHE, Bourgogne Chardonnay Grandes Coutures
Fabien Coche produced this Bourgogne Blanc from the Grandes Coutures lieu-dit, a parcel situated on the immediate boundary of Meursault. This site features clay and limestone soils that impart village-level character and excellent value. Fourth-generation winemaker Fabien Coche practises organic viticulture to preserve natural acidity and fruit purity. Following fermentation with indigenous yeasts, the wine matures in traditional French oak barrels using minimal new oak. This careful management delivers a vibrant Chardonnay with mineral focus, offering Australian collectors both immediate appeal and reliable cellaring potential.
