Faiveley 1er Cru Les Amoureuses , Chambolle-Musigny

Faiveley's Les Amoureuses is one of the most coveted parcels in Chambolle-Musigny, a Premier Cru whose name alone evokes its reputation. The vineyard lies just below Musigny, on light limestone soils that lend remarkable perfume and finesse. Faiveley's meticulous approach begins with low-yielding vines and hand-selected fruit, followed by gentle fermentation in small oak vats. Maturation follows in fine-grained French oak, around half of it new, to preserve clarity and tension while allowing the vineyard character to unfold.

Each vintage reveals the same core identity: lifted red fruit, fine spice and a hint of rose petal on the nose, followed by a palate of pure, filigree texture balanced by mineral drive.
