In an exclusive collaboration, LANGTONS and Glenfiddich present the Distillation of Time Dinner—a singular gastronomic experience at Sydney’s acclaimed NEL restaurant, showcasing a rare line-up of the distillery’s most treasured whiskies.

Guests will enjoy a bespoke ten-course degustation, each dish paired with Glenfiddich’s most exceptional single malts and specially-created cocktails. Experience the vibrancy of the distillery’s 21 Year Old Gran Reserva and 23 Year Old Grand Cru before ascending to the opulent 26 Year Old Grande Couronne.

From there, the evening transcends into the extraordinary: two masterpieces from Glenfiddich’s celebrated Time Reimagined collection. First, the 30 Years Old Suspended Time—a whisky capturing the stillness of a moment held in perfect balance. Then, the majestic 40 Years Old Cumulative Time, representing the culmination of craft and patience, aged over four decades to create one of the rarest single malts in existence.

Each guest will also depart with their own bottle of Glenfiddich 30 Years Old Suspended Time (valued at $1,800)—an heirloom whisky embodying the very essence of time preserved.
