Grosset
Grosset was established in 1981 in an old milk depot in the historic township of Auburn at the southern end of the Clare Valley. From first release, Grosset’s utterly exquisite Polish Hill and Springvale Rieslings have led the charge in the Clare Valley Riesling renaissance. Jeffrey Grosset is one of Australia’s most significant winemakers.The fame of Clare Valley Riesling is hinged on his vision splendid. As one of the leading proponents of screw cap closures, his wines have hugely benefited from this technology. Alongside his flagship Rieslings, Grosset also produces several other compelling wines including Semillon, Chardonnay and a Cabernet blend named Gaia.
