Henriot's Rosé Millésimé captures the House's enduring commitment to blending precision with provenance. Founded in 1808, Henriot remains family-owned, with vineyards anchored in Grand and Premier Cru sites across the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. The Rosé Millésimé is produced only in exceptional years, with Chardonnay bringing tension and length, and Pinot Noir adding depth and structure. A small proportion of still red wine from Aÿ contributes colour and subtle spice. The base wines are fermented in stainless steel to preserve purity, followed by extended lees ageing for complexity and texture. The result is a Champagne that balances red fruit and citrus aromatics with savoury, mineral undertones. On the palate, it shows drive and focus, with fine acidity supporting notes of wild strawberry, blood orange and brioche.
