Sourced primarily from dry-grown Wilyabrup vines planted in 1973, the wine undergoes hand-picking, cold soaking, and extended skin contact, followed by 18 months of aging in French barriques. It offers a complex bouquet of ripe dark fruits, including blueberries, black cherries, and plums, complemented by notes of wild herbs. On the palate, it presents a powerful structure with strong, rich tannins and intense flavours of cassis, black cherry, and dark chocolate.
