Expert Review
Jancis Robinson MW
Full bottle 1,501 g. Certified AB and Ecocert organic. A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and a bit of Vermentino.
Very pale with a golden cast. Rose scented, creamy raspberry fruit. There's a fullness to the weight and shape of the wine, yet it is also extraordinarily delicate, as if the berry fruit and softly subtle spices have been brushed on with a feather. The structure comes more from the taste and feel of smooth, wet river pebbles than any sense of acidity. Some blueberry, some lavender. A fine, fresh finish. A serious wine that restores my faith in Provence rosé. (TC)
