The selection features six bottles of the 2021 Oakridge 864 Winery Block Cabernet Sauvignon from the Yarra Valley, crafted by winemaker David Bicknell using open fermentation and French oak maturation. It includes five bottles of the 2020 Cape Mentelle Grey Label Cabernet Sauvignon, representing the estate's Margaret River heritage through parcel selection and barrel ageing. The pack is completed by a single bottle upgrade of the 2020 Chateau Palmer from Margaux, a biodynamically farmed third growth offering cellaring prestige and international collectability.
