The Capanna Rosso del Cerro is sourced from the Cencioni family estate, located on the northern slopes of the Montalcino hill. As a Toscana IGT, it offers a contemporary expression of the region’s Sangiovese, focused on purity of fruit and immediate accessibility. The 2023 vintage was crafted to highlight the bright red-fruit character and floral aromatics typical of cooler, elevated vineyard sites, providing a versatile option for everyday fine wine enjoyment.

The collection is anchored by one bottle of the 2020 Casanova di Neri Brunello di Montalcino. Established in 1971 by Giovanni Neri, the estate is renowned for its precision and depth. The 2020 release underwent 43 months of maturation in large oak casks, a technique that softens the Sangiovese tannins while maintaining the integrity of the fruit. This vintage has been well-received by international critics, notably earning 94 points from James Suckling, who praised its refined structure and longevity.
