Levantine Hill The Coldstream Guard Cabernet 2018 (ten bottles in this pack) hails from steep, clay-loam slopes across Levantine Hill’s meticulously farmed Yarra Valley vineyards, at elevations comparable to top European sites. Crafted in a polished, medium-bodied style that still carries plenty of drive, it typically blends Cabernet with supporting Bordeaux varieties, giving blackcurrant, blackberry and plum fruit with leafy lift, cedar, subtle spice and fine, graphite-like tannins that reflect its cool-climate origins.

Grant Burge Shadrach Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 (two bottles in this pack), drawn from high-altitude Corryton Park in the Eden Valley and select Barossa floor blocks, brings a more classical South Australian Cabernet profile. Extended maturation in quality oak has yielded a deep, rich wine loaded with blackcurrant, blackberry, Christmas-cake richness, chocolate, dried fig, mint and cigar-box complexity, with James Halliday awarding 96 points and Huon Hooke 94, both highlighting its concentration, structure and long drinking window through to the early 2030s.
