This 12-pack is for dyed in the wool shiraz lovers. Mount Pleasant Old Paddock and Old Hill Shiraz are grapes handpicked from two of the Hunter Valley’s oldest vineyards. Old Hill, built to age, was first planted by legend and trailblazer Maurice O’Shea in 1921, while Old Hill dates back to 1880. These are old vines with character and distinction. A deep, rich Hunter Valley red, you’ll find sweet red and blackberry fruit with dense oak and chocolate on the long finish. Clarendon Hills Piggott Range Syrah McLaren Vale was built to age and is showing its class 15 years out from the vintage. This vineyard, characterised by solid rock and shale, challenges vine roots to thrive. Nestled in a natural amphitheatre, it yields intensely concentrated Syrah with high tannins.
