From the Barossa, Travis Earth Backbone 2021 delivers regional depth via traditional open fermentation. McLaren Vale is represented by the concentrated Haselgrove Sunrach 2021 and d'Arenberg's iconic 2018 The Dead Arm, crafted by Chester Osborn using basket presses and foot-treading.
