Louis Roederer Brut Nature, Champagne

Louis Roederer Brut Nature is the result of a close collaboration between chef Philippe Starck and winemaker Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon, who together set out to express Champagne with absolute transparency. Crafted entirely from estate fruit in the Vallée de la Marne, predominantly Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, it is produced only in vintages that favour ripeness and purity. The wine ferments spontaneously with native yeasts, without dosage, allowing the chalk and clay soils to speak clearly. A portion is matured in oak to enhance texture and depth.

Each release offers a finely structured palate marked by citrus, stone fruit and fresh hazelnut, with a dry, mineral finish that reflects its terroir. The nose is precise and bright, showing orchard fruit, almond and a touch of saline lift. Brut Nature stands as Roederer's modern interpretation of balance and truth in Champagne, unembellished, energetic and confidently understated.
