Collection 246 is the house’s 246th blend since 1776, based on the 2021 harvest and elevated by a perpetual reserve and oak-aged reserve wines drawn from young Cristal parcels. Chardonnay leads the blend at around 54%, with Pinot Noir and Meunier completing a profile that marries citrus, orchard fruit and subtle brioche with a chalky, saline line. Extended ageing on lees and a finely judged Brut dosage of about 7 g/L give a silky, creamy texture without sacrificing drive or freshness.?
