Sourced from Chenin Blanc vines planted in 1964 on sand and ironstone soils in Blewitt Springs, the fruit benefits from a cool sub-regional climate. Winemaker Adam Wadewitz ferments the juice in neutral French oak puncheons and concrete to build texture while retaining purity. The palate delivers crisp green apple, citrus rind and flinty minerality driven by vibrant natural acidity. It offers Australian wine collectors historic vineyard pedigree, distinct texture and impressive cellaring potential.
