Born from the legacy of the Scarce Earth project, this wine showcases the profile of a cool, late-ripening vineyard. In the cellar, open fermentation and oak maturation preserve regional character, yielding a Shiraz with structural focus, fine tannins, and longevity that represents excellent value and prestige for collectors.
