Pehu Simonet Fins Lieux n°1 Verzenay Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs is drawn entirely from Pinot Noir grown in Verzenay, one of the Montagne de Reims' most esteemed Grand Cru villages. David Pehu, a fourth-generation vigneron, works solely with estate-grown fruit, crafting precise, terroir-driven Champagnes from his small 5-hectare domaine.

Fins Lieux n°1 comes from a single lieu-dit, vinified in oak barrels to build texture and depth, then aged on the lees in bottle for a long time. Pehu's approach balances traditional craftsmanship with clarity of expression, allowing the vineyard to speak for itself.

Each release shows the hallmark structure of Verzenay pinot noir, delicate red fruit, chalk, and discreet spice, with a palate that moves from richness to precision.
