The Fins Lieux n°3 Blanc de Noirs is sourced exclusively from Mailly, a village renowned for its pure expression of pinot noir grown on chalk and limestone soils.

Winemaker David Pehu ferments and matures the base wine in oak, allowing gentle oxygen exchange while retaining the site's clarity and drive. There is no malolactic conversion, preserving the wine's tension and freshness. Disgorged with a low dosage, it shows the full, savoury character of pinot noir from Mailly.
