PRODUTTORI DEL BARBARESCO Riserva Pajè
The Produttori still uses traditional methods to yield fine wines that have been the reference point for classic Barbaresco since 1958. A brilliant example of single-vineyard Barbaresco, the Paje occupies a southwest hillside with moderate exposure to the river. This cooling influence and limestone soils provide a fresh, fine-boned structure and defined aromatics. A balanced wine with a fruitful and refreshing palate, the Paje is superb and distinctive wine.
