Fabrice Pouillon is the third-generation manager and grandson of the founder and aptly named estate Roger Pouillon. The artisanal estate carefully curates their hand-picked grapes to craft a cuveé using the traditional method. Combining 50% reserve wine from a 1990s solera with a younger vintage has created a full-bodied Champagne with a deep golden shimmer. The toasted bread and honey notes are met with a zippy orange tang for a layered and well-balanced glass.
