The grapes are handpicked at optimal ripeness and fermented in small batches to preserve their character. Ageing in a combination of new and seasoned French and American oak barrels enhances the complexity and structure of the wine.
On the nose, Shirvington Shiraz offers rich aromas of dark berries, plums, and hints of spice. The palate is robust, with flavours of blackberry, cherry, and subtle oak undertones, complemented by velvety tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
