Metala White Label is a venerable old Shiraz Cabernet from the Langhorne Creek region of South Australia. Smooth drinkability has always been the Metala style but a well made structural wine is the substance. Medium weighted with a cassis, chocolate and bay leaf nose that introduces a velvet palate of gripping but well integrated tannins that sustain the opulence in this moreish wine.
