Terroir al Límit Historic Blanc

Terroir al Límit’s Historic Blanc is a clear statement of Priorat’s older white vineyards. It draws on small parcels and field blends scattered across the region, many planted decades ago on llicorella slate. The aim is not a single site, but a faithful picture of how white wine once tasted here. Dominik Huber works with growers he knows well, farming with restraint and picking for balance rather than weight.

The wine is made without embellishment. Fermentation and ageing take place in neutral vessels, including concrete and seasoned large-format oak, to avoid oak flavour and preserve line. There is no make-up, just careful handling and time.

On the nose, expect citrus peel, pear skin and herbs, with a light smoky note from the slate soils. The palate is dry and steady, with lemon, almond and gentle bitterness, carried by firm acidity and a chalky finish. It drinks well now and holds shape at the table.
