Tollot-Beaut is a historic domaine in Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, now run by fifth-generation Nathalie Tollot. The family has long been a benchmark for Aloxe-Corton, with holdings across several key Premier Cru sites. Les Fournieres sits just below Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru, on clay-limestone soils that give Pinot Noir both structure and aromatic lift.
The domaine follows traditional Burgundy techniques: hand-harvested fruit, partial destemming, natural fermentation, and élevage in French oak, with a measured proportion of new barrels. The aim is to capture the character of each terroir rather than overlay winemaking style.
Aloxe-Corton Fournieres presents dark cherry and red berry aromas, complemented by notes of earth and spice. The palate balances richness with fresh acidity, showing firm tannins that soften with age. With time, the wine develops savoury depth and complexity, making it an excellent candidate for cellaring or pairing with classic game dishes.
