Turkey Flat Shiraz

Turkey Flat Shiraz

The Turkey Flat Shiraz is based on heritage clones from the Bethany and Stonewell sub regions of the Barossa, including the estate’s original vine material planted in 1847. The wine is vinified in open stainless steel fermenters, followed by 18 months maturation in new and seasoned French oak hogsheads. Dark cherry and plum aromas and ripe chocolatey tannins are typical.
