The very cosy close-planted Tout Pres vineyard is made up of lush, assertive fruit. The pinot noir comprises 113, 114, 115, 667, 777 and MV6 clones, located on three slopes of varying soil types. Whole bunch fermented and matured in generally 100% new French oak barriques, Tout Pres Pinot Noir is one of the most expressive and beautifully aromatic wines in the Australian fine wine canon. Black cherry, spice and herb garden aromas meander across slinky textures, whole bunch spice and indelible richness.
