In Sydney, on Thursday 9 March, 2023, LANGTONS hosted 20 guests, at Bentley Restaurant and Bar, for dinner including a bespoke five-course menu with vertical wine pairings from the illustrious Château Cheval Blanc.

We present a unique piece of Australian winemaking history: a 50-vintage vertical of their beloved cabernet sauvignon direct from their cellars. The Redman family's history in wine is a classic of the Coonawarra.
