FAMILIA ZUCCARDI Jose Zuccardi Malbec, Valle de Uco
A blend of two grapes; Malbec and a little Cabernet Sauvignon, from two sites in the Uco Valley. The Malbec comes from Paraje Altamira and the Cabernet from Gualtallary both sites soaring over 1000m above sea level.
The concrete vats are filled via a gravity fed system where the juice is fermented with indigenous yeasts. Made to be more round and traditional in style, the José Zuccardi pays tribute winemaker Sebastián’s father.
