Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Brut Rosé

Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is one of Champagne's most recognisable and enduring wines, created in 1968 with a clear vision to capture the pure expression of Pinot Noir. The fruit is sourced from ten crus across the Montagne de Reims, with each parcel chosen for its intensity and structure. Unusually for rosé Champagne, it is made by maceration rather than blending, a technique that draws colour and flavour from the skins during a brief, controlled soak. The wine is then vinified and aged in stainless steel to preserve clarity and precision before spending several years on lees in bottle. Each release shows consistent notes of fresh strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, balanced by subtle citrus and a clean, dry finish. It remains one of the most authentic and dependable expressions of rosé Champagne, equally suited to fine dining or quiet celebration.
