Located on a rolling property at the highest point of the Margaret River region, in the Yallingup "sweet spot" sub-region, Peccavi Estate benefits from the purest Antarctic rainfall in winter and refreshing sea breezes from the Indian Ocean during long, dry summer days.Â
From the winemaker, "Medium deep ruby. On the nose, black cherry, cassis, blackcurrant, savoury aromas of black olives, tobacco leaves and spice box mingle with hints of mint. A full bodied, focused Cabernet of supple, juicy dark fruit flavours, parma violet and notes of smoky vanilla. Fine graphite tannins well integrated with a long, intense finish."
