A classic Margaret River style, Voyager Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot typically displays pristine blackcurrant, cassis fruit, underlying cedar and ripe but pronounced tannins. After berry sorting, the fruit is batch vinified in open or upright fermenters, followed by between 18 months to two years maturation in 50% new and 50% seasoned French oak.
